Toward a General Theory of Customers

Customers: one day a customer would walk through those doors and show you a new life.

Customers: no they wouldn’t change your life, they were the barometers of who you were and had been, they were you. each of them an aspect of yourself, by itself.

Customers: you were a distant periphery in a lot of lives.

Customers: like in “Deconstructing Harry” the characters applaud their creator, and that’s his life, so are the customers.

Customers: like in “Good Man is Hard to Find” they are the Misfits to make a good person of you. Shoot you at every moment of your life, if they could.
