Thinking that Aristotle’s Politics is much more influenced by The Laws than The Republic (but I don’t believe Aristotle mentions The Laws.) (Update: I’m wrong about the last bit at a minimum; Aristotle does refer to The Laws.) (Update: Well, I was not wrong that I was thinking that, of course, but my thinking was assuredly wrong.)
